Visit the Taj Mahal early on a non-Friday morning, with time for parking, security and walking. Return for breakfast and checkout. An optional smaller monument may be possible before the return drive, but remove it if it would consume the airport margin. The quote should name the actual Delhi drop and planned departure buffer.

Compare quotations using the same dates and rooming list. State adults, children and ages, double or twin beds, extra beds and single rooms. Early check-in, late checkout and additional nights require confirmation. Do not assume breakfast, dinner, a driver room or porter service is included unless the offer lists it.

Walking, parking and local access
The hotel-to-parking transfer is separate from the final monument approach. Keep a light day bag, follow permitted-belongings rules and ask about mobility assistance before travel. The monument gardens and fort involve considerable walking.
Share the actual needs of older guests, children or anyone using a mobility aid. Ask about steps, distances, toilets, boarding and the property entrance. A larger or more luxurious vehicle does not establish step-free access inside a monument, temple, ghat or old-city lane.

Season, closures and a flexible pace
Use the first day for Agra Fort and choose the Taj on the following open morning. If the second day is Friday, reverse the visits after checking arrival time or change the travel dates. Do this before paying for dated rooms and tickets.
October to March is often more comfortable for extended outdoor sightseeing, but winter fog can slow expressway journeys and affect views. April to June calls for shade, hydration and fewer midday visits. Monsoon rain can alter walking surfaces and river plans. Festivals and holidays may bring access controls and higher room demand. Check the dated programme again close to travel.

Unlisted meals, monument entry, guides, boats, ritual services, local e-rickshaws / battery transfers, porterage, shopping, tips and personal expenses are not automatically included. How many hotel nights are included in the plan?
The suggested itinerary has one Agra night. Accommodation is a priced inclusion only when the written quote confirms the property, room and occupancy.
Can our Delhi drop be at the airport?
Yes, request it at quotation stage with the exact flight time and terminal. Keep a generous road-delay margin and the airline’s required check-in time; a Delhi buffer night may be wiser.
Is an early Taj visit possible without a night drive?
Yes. Staying in Agra is the main advantage of this two-day plan. The actual opening and permitted entry still need checking.
Are hotels, meals, guides and tickets included?
Only the accepted written quotation establishes inclusions. Select transport only or request named hotels, room categories, meals, guides, tickets and local transfers. A suggested itinerary does not reserve any of these services.
Will the driver also guide us inside attractions?
Do not assume this. The driver handles the agreed transport; a separately confirmed local guide provides interpretation. Ask for the language, duration, scope and fee in writing.
Can we request a 21, 27 or 29 Seater Mini Bus?
Yes, request the category with the complete passenger and bag count. Actual availability, approved passenger capacity, facilities, luggage space and route / parking suitability must be confirmed.
How are payment and cancellation terms decided?
