Transport payment and cancellation

Plan the whole passenger load
Count adults, children, large cases and cabin bags. Describe a pram, folding wheelchair or boarding concern before vehicle selection. Senior comfort benefits from fewer visits and regular breaks; a large vehicle is not automatically step-free or wheelchair accessible.
Ask about the available driver language before paying. A driver handles road transport; a sightseeing guide or interpreter is a separate role. Keep one traveller as the local coordinator, and approve itinerary changes in writing so the revised duty and price are clear.

No. The road car covers the accepted road itinerary. A forest safari requires the authorised safari arrangement, with its own permit, vehicle and reporting instructions.
Can we book a Golden Triangle with Ranthambore private driver only?
Yes. Request transport only and send your hotel list. Hotels, safari, guides, meals and attraction tickets are not automatically included.
Is seven days enough for this circuit?
The sample uses six hotel nights and a dedicated Ranthambore day. Add time for a later arrival, a slower sightseeing pace or an extra Delhi night before flying.
Can the driver also guide us inside monuments?
