Start with the journey you actually want
Perhaps you are arriving after a long flight and only need an easy hotel journey on the first day. Or you may be meeting friends in Delhi before continuing through several cities. Send the full outline, including the final return, rather than requesting a vehicle for an unspecified number of days. A modest sightseeing list with room for lunch and hotel check-in often gives you a better day than a programme built around constant driving. Make the airport meeting simple
Give the arrival date, terminal, flight reference and a contact that will work in India. Agree where to meet and how to contact the transport team if you cannot immediately find the driver.
