Transport payment is staged: booking advance, the agreed amount at pickup and the remaining balance one day before the trip ends. Amounts follow the accepted quotation. Check the Mahakaleshwar temple’s current booking instructions for the ritual you want. Slots, identification, reporting and entry conditions come from the temple. A driver or car booking cannot guarantee a Bhasma Aarti reservation.
Select a car for bags as well as seats
A smaller party may consider a sedan. Compare Ertiga, Innova Crysta and Hycross options when you need a different cabin layout, subject to availability. Ask for the actual vehicle and luggage fit rather than assuming all vehicles in a category are identical.
Separate one-way and return pricing
A one-way Ujjain drop, a car retained for sightseeing and a Delhi return use different duties and repositioning costs. Quote the final release explicitly; an Indore airport drop is not automatically included in a Delhi-return offer.
Allow for late-night ritual travel
An early ritual can change driver reporting and rest. Confirm hotel-to-temple movement, waiting, parking and the next day’s duty. Avoid combining a sleepless temple visit with an immediate long return journey.
