DELHI GROUP TRAVEL
Compare five advertised Urbania configurations: 9, 12 and 15-seater Maharaja cabins, and 12 and 16-seater Force Urbania for your family trip, airport transfer, wedding movement or outstation journey. Share your dates, pickup, passenger count and luggage needs for a trip-specific quotation.
Choose among five advertised vehicle configurations below. These are cabin options, not a promise that all five are available on your dates. Every card has its own Call and WhatsApp enquiry button; ask for photographs of the vehicle actually offered.

The five images are the existing advertised vehicle artwork. They do not certify the condition or interior of an assigned vehicle. The cards list AC, pushback seating and music; Maharaja cards also list a sofa bed. Treat that as a cabin feature, not an extra approved passenger seat.
| Option | Listed passengers | Listed layout | Before confirming |
|---|---|---|---|
| 9-seater Maharaja Urbania | 9 + separate driver | 2×1 listed | Confirm the converted cabin and bag storage. |
| 12-seater Maharaja Urbania | 12 + separate driver | 1×1 listed | Request current interior photographs. |
| 15-seater Maharaja Urbania | 15 + separate driver | 2×1 listed | Check the approved capacity for this conversion. |
| 12-seater Force Urbania | 12 + separate driver | 2×1 | Confirm seats and bag storage for your group. |
| 16-seater Force Urbania | 16 + separate driver | 2×1 | Review the cabin photo and complete luggage requirement. |
Share how many large suitcases, cabin bags and bulky items you will bring. Seat count is not a luggage allowance. Ask where bags will be stored and whether the arrangement fits all passengers without using an essential seat or the aisle.
Compare the offered seat layout, usable passenger capacity and interior photographs on our Maharaja Urbania page. A vehicle name or the word “luxury” does not guarantee the same cabin in every quotation.
Provide the boarding address, reporting time, stop list and final drop. Agree on included service hours and kilometres, waiting and any extra-use charges.
Send the correct terminal or station, arrival time, passengers and bags. Confirm the meeting point, reporting contact, parking and waiting terms.
Give the destination, overnight bases and return date. List additional boarding points in order and appoint one passenger to coordinate the group.
For destination and itinerary options, explore the Urbania hire hub. For a specific eastern Delhi boarding point, see Urbania hire in Anand Vihar. Pickup arrangements remain subject to confirmation.
For a family sightseeing day, give the hotel address, chosen visits, lunch break and final drop. For wedding transport, supply separate reporting times for each transfer, the guest count for each movement and any late-night return. For a business assignment, name the meeting locations, waiting periods and coordinator. These requirements help the team quote the actual service rather than only a vehicle label.
For airport arrivals, use our Delhi airport Urbania pickup page. For rail connections, check New Delhi railway station pickup. Each enquiry needs the terminal or station exit, arrival details and bag count.
Provide your destination, departure date, overnight stops and final return or onward drop. Write each sightseeing stop in its travel order and distinguish a direct transfer from a vehicle retained throughout the stay. Road distance and travel time depend on the boarding address, route, breaks, traffic and weather; this page does not offer a single distance or journey-time promise for every destination.
| Trip stage | What to specify |
|---|---|
| Departure | Delhi pickup, ordered boarding points, destination hotel and breaks. |
| Local visits | Selected attractions, access or parking, walking time and return to the hotel. |
| Return | Hotel checkout, return date, boarding time and final Delhi drop. |
For a pilgrimage circuit, see Urbania hire from Delhi for Chardham. Plan attraction access, weather-sensitive travel and any local shuttle separately. Hotel stays, meals, guides and entry tickets belong in the quote only when explicitly included.
There is no single fixed rate for every journey. Your dates, vehicle, route, reporting period and itinerary determine the offer. Compare quotations for the same trip and cabin requirements.
Base vehicle charge = agreed billable kilometres × agreed rate. Ask whether a daily minimum applies, where kilometre counting starts and ends, and which additional charges are included.
A fixed transfer quote should instead identify the included journey and the treatment of changes. Obtain the written inclusions before confirming.
For a one-way enquiry, specify the final drop. For a return journey, add the return pickup point, date and time. If you want the vehicle available between journeys, state the waiting period and overnight stops explicitly.
Ask whether the quote covers continuous hire or separate transfers, how reporting time and kilometres are calculated, and which driver or overnight costs apply. Confirm availability for the whole plan rather than assuming the outward vehicle is reserved for the return.
An enquiry or automated acknowledgement alone does not confirm a booking.
This page advertises five options: 9, 12 and 15-seater Maharaja Urbania, plus 12 and 16-seater Force Urbania. The driver is listed separately. Compare the card details and confirm the approved passenger capacity, cabin photographs and baggage arrangement of the assigned vehicle before booking.
Start with your actual passengers, including children who need their own seat, and the bags travelling with them. Then compare the offered cabin and luggage arrangement. A higher seat count does not automatically mean more luggage space.
No. The Urbania vehicle name alone does not describe a particular converted cabin. The advertised Maharaja cabins include both 1×1 and 2×1 layouts. The standard Force Urbania cards list 2×1. Check the specific seat layout and current interior photographs rather than choosing only by the Maharaja label.
Send the complete boarding address and preferred reporting time. For an airport or railway pickup, include the terminal or station, arrival details and luggage count. The meeting point, parking or waiting arrangement and reporting contact should be agreed for your booking.
Specify which arrangement you need. For a return trip, provide the return date, time and pickup location. For a multi-day hire, include overnight stops and whether you need the vehicle to wait between journeys. Availability and the full service period must be confirmed in the quotation.
The quotation depends on the offered vehicle, dates, itinerary and service duration. For per-kilometre billing, the base charge is the agreed billable kilometres multiplied by the agreed rate. Ask about any daily minimum and where distance counting starts and ends. A fixed transfer quote should state the included journey and the charge for changes.
Check your specific written quotation. Driver allowance, night charges, tolls, parking, permits, applicable taxes and extra kilometres or hours may be included or charged separately. There is no blanket inclusion promise on this page.
Share the number and approximate size of suitcases, cabin bags and bulky items. Ask for the storage arrangement in the assigned vehicle. Do not rely on seat count as a baggage allowance, and keep passenger seats and the aisle available for their intended use.
Discuss the revised stop list with the team before changing the route. Extra distance, waiting, additional hours or another vehicle day can change the quotation and availability. Get the revised arrangements confirmed.
An enquiry starts the availability check and does not reserve a vehicle. Review the assigned category, itinerary, inclusions, total, payment schedule and cancellation terms, then obtain a separate booking acknowledgement.
