Understand standard and Maharaja options
The same broad vehicle name can cover different cabin layouts. Standard seating and Maharaja arrangements offer different ways to use the available space, so ask for current interior photos before deciding. Check the approved passenger capacity, with the driver separate, and count every person travelling. Do not treat children or a sofa description as a reason to add unconfirmed places. For travellers who want to sit together or need easier access to a particular seat, discuss the layout at the start of the enquiry.
Allow for the bags you arrive with
A group arriving from overseas may bring several full-size suitcases as well as day bags. Tell the team the complete luggage load, even if the trip itself is short.
