Transport cost, inclusions and extra use
Delhi to Kanatal Tempo Traveller fare depends on the selected vehicle, dates, service days and complete duty. Request one itemised offer for the accepted route instead of comparing an isolated per-kilometre figure.

Payment and booking terms
Transport payment is staged: booking advance, the agreed amount at pickup and the remaining balance one day before the trip ends. Amounts follow the accepted quotation. Confirm the final resort road
Some properties need a shorter vehicle, a different drop point or local pickup. Ask the hotel directly about coach or Tempo Traveller approach and parking. A room reservation does not by itself confirm that the offered vehicle can reach reception.
Keep activity bookings separate
Adventure activities, forest walks, ropeway tickets and lake activities are not included automatically. Use the authorised operator’s rules and confirm who is responsible for each booking; a driver is not an activity instructor.
Protect the hill schedule
Heavy rain, fog, snow or road controls can change the operating plan. Avoid building the stay around a guaranteed snowfall or continuous overnight hill drive. A safety-related halt can require a revised service schedule.
Prepare a team or family manifest
Share the luggage count, seating needs and any equipment such as event boxes before vehicle selection. Confirm whether a carrier is available and suitable rather than treating it as unlimited storage. Keep the aisle and exits clear.

Is a three-day Delhi to Kanatal trip possible?
Ask for a three-day option with two hotel nights, but compare its long driving days with the more relaxed four-day sample here. Final feasibility depends on pickup, resort and local visits.
Can the Tempo Traveller reach every Kanatal resort?
No universal promise is possible. The hotel entrance, road width, turning space and restrictions must be checked for the actual vehicle.
Does this include Surkanda Devi darshan or the ropeway?
The road duty can include an agreed permitted drop. Darshan access, walking and ropeway bookings are separate and subject to current operation.
Can we return through Rishikesh?
Request a circuit quotation naming the different return route and any stay or stops. It changes the distance, duty and possible hotel-night plan.
