UTTAR PRADESH • PRIVATE GROUP TRAVEL
Plan a private road trip from Delhi to Uttar Pradesh with your passengers, suitcases and hotel nights organised together. Choose an Agra heritage break, Braj pilgrimage, Awadh stay, eastern-UP circuit or Buddhist journey, then request the vehicle and route available for your dates.

These are approximate one-way road-planning ranges from Delhi to the named base, not air distances or a live traffic forecast. Time includes ordinary short meal/rest breaks, but excludes sightseeing, darshan queues and overnight rest. Your pickup address, hotel entrance, roadworks, weather and diversions can change both figures. Confirm the exact route and current conditions before departure.

Choose the overnight bases first. Each additional city, temple, fort or valley requires its own transfer and visiting time. Ask for a day-by-day road plan with breaks, permitted hotel drops and a realistic final airport or station buffer. Local sightseeing and return duty are quoted in addition to the direct approach distance.
Uttar Pradesh is a large state: Agra and Mathura–Vrindavan need a different road plan from Ayodhya, Varanasi or Kushinagar. Start with your priorities and final drop, then choose overnight bases. Keeping a private group together is useful, but every long transfer still needs meal breaks, a realistic driving schedule and time to rest.
For a shorter visit, focus on western UP. For an eastern circuit, allow full intercity stages and consider finishing at a local airport or station. Pilgrimage trips need flexible darshan blocks, while heritage and Buddhist tours benefit from separate guided walking visits. The vehicle covers the written road itinerary; boats, rituals and pedestrian lanes require their own arrangements.
Agra offers Mughal monuments; Lucknow offers Awadh heritage; Jhansi introduces Bundelkhand fort history. Choose one region or add suitable transfer nights.
Mathura–Vrindavan, Ayodhya, Prayagraj, Vindhyanchal, Chitrakoot and Naimisharanya need selective temple lists and walking plans matched to the group.
Varanasi and Sarnath can share a hotel region. Kushinagar is a separate intercity stage; add nights for a considered Buddhist itinerary.
SEATING AND FACILITIES
Choose the category around your passengers, suitcases and journey. Ask for the exact vehicle available for your dates.
Request current photos of the vehicle available for your dates by email or WhatsApp. Confirm seating, luggage space and facilities before booking. Sofa space is not a substitute for confirmed passenger seating; the offered configuration and safe suitcase storage must match your group.
DESTINATION GUIDES
Open a guide for the route, suggested itinerary, sightseeing and practical hotel or parking advice.

Mughal heritage. Choose Agra for a focused heritage break with the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and a relaxed overnight stay.

Braj pilgrimage. Plan a Braj pilgrimage around selected temples, darshan windows and comfortable rest breaks.

Ramayana pilgrimage. An Ayodhya road trip from Delhi needs a full arrival stage, time for darshan and a separate return journey.

Ghats, temples and culture. Varanasi rewards an unhurried stay with a riverfront morning, a separate temple programme and time for Sarnath or a cultural visit.

Awadh heritage and city stays. Lucknow suits a heritage city break, family visit or group event with a selective sightseeing day.

Sangam pilgrimage and heritage. Prayagraj combines a Sangam visit with selected city heritage and temple outings.

Buddhist heritage. Sarnath deserves a focused cultural visit with archaeological interpretation and a calm pace around its Buddhist sites.

Vindhya pilgrimage. A Vindhyanchal pilgrimage should balance darshan, the selected Trikon circuit and the group’s walking ability.

Ramayana sites and riverfront. Chitrakoot is best planned as a pilgrimage stay with time for Ram Ghat, selected sacred sites and a walking programme suited to the group.

Bundelkhand fort heritage. Jhansi suits a Bundelkhand heritage break centred on the fort and selected city sites.

Sacred pilgrimage circuit. Naimisharanya, also known as Neemsar, suits a focused pilgrimage around Chakra Tirtha and selected shrines.

Buddhist pilgrimage. Kushinagar is a major Buddhist pilgrimage destination that deserves a quiet local visit and realistic transfer days from Delhi.
These are planning examples, not fixed packages or promises of visiting every listed place. Finalise opening days, driving duty and hotel nights before booking.
Day 1 Delhi to Agra with a selected heritage visit and overnight. Day 2 Taj Mahal on a non-Friday morning, then return to Delhi. Add a night for Fatehpur Sikri or a slower pace.
Day 1 Delhi to Mathura–Vrindavan, selected darshan and Braj overnight. Day 2 a remaining selective temple visit, transfer to Agra and overnight. Day 3 Taj Mahal on a non-Friday morning and Delhi return. This is selective; add nights for a fuller Braj temple programme.
Day 1 Delhi to Lucknow; day 2 Lucknow heritage; day 3 transfer to Ayodhya and rest; day 4 main pilgrimage programme; day 5 Delhi return with the road duty assessed. Two nights in each base. Add a return-stage night when required by the driving plan.
Lucknow 2 nights → Ayodhya 2 nights → Prayagraj 1 night → Varanasi 2 nights. Day 1 Delhi to Lucknow; day 2 city touring; day 3 Ayodhya transfer; day 4 darshan; day 5 Prayagraj transfer; day 6 Varanasi transfer; day 7 selected city sightseeing; day 8 Varanasi departure. Add nights for Sarnath and a Delhi road return: that return is not included in this eight-day outline.
Plan Sarnath and Kushinagar with separate travel stages, monastery interests and an agreed guide language. Shravasti can be assessed as an additional stop. Quote all nights and the final airport or station; do not treat the circuit as one local excursion.
Choose Jhansi for fort heritage or Chitrakoot for Ramayana sites, then assess any combination with additional stages. Orchha is in Madhya Pradesh and requires an explicit cross-state route in the quote.
A CLEAR WRITTEN QUOTE
Request a route-specific quotation in INR. The total depends on dates, offered vehicle, pickup and final drop, overnight stages, local sightseeing and driving duty. Compare the complete payable, not an isolated per-kilometre figure.
| Quote item | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Vehicle and road duty | Exact offered configuration, approved seats, fuel treatment, fixed itinerary or daily kilometre minimum, billable start and finish. |
| Road and driver costs | Whether tolls, parking, state taxes / permits, driver allowance, night halt and applicable taxes are included or additional. |
| Extra use | Additional kilometres, waiting, overtime, changed stops, local vehicle transfers and unscheduled nights. |
| Normally separate services | Hotels, meals, guides, entry tickets, boat rides and rituals are excluded unless explicitly itemised as included. |
| Payment and changes | Deposit, balance timing, cancellation terms, invoice details and the treatment of itinerary changes. |
A drop-only service and a van retained for several sightseeing days need different quotes. For a one-way trip, confirm waiting and any return or positioning charge. For a multi-day tour, list every hotel night and final drop. An eastern-UP itinerary finishing in Varanasi is different from a Delhi round trip.
For Delhi airport pickup, send the flight number, terminal, arrival date and hotel pin. Agree on the meeting point, flight-delay handling, parking and waiting. After an overnight flight, consider a hotel rest before a long eastern-UP drive. Leave a practical road buffer before an onward flight.
For Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida or Faridabad boarding, list every address and appoint one coordinator. Share suitcase sizes, boarding-step needs and any children’s seating-equipment requirements. Selective sightseeing and accessible hotel approaches help older travellers; a vehicle cannot remove every temple queue, staircase or pedestrian lane.
Corporate and event groups should specify duty hours, office or venue pins, passenger counts and invoice requirements. Weddings and family functions may need separate arrival and late-evening duties. A monthly staff-transport contract needs fixed routes, shifts, working days and service terms; it is quoted separately from a leisure road tour.
An enquiry is a request for a quotation and does not reserve a vehicle.
Prepare a draft, review the details, then send it by WhatsApp or email. No payment or reservation is made by this form.
Agra or a selective Braj visit is easier to organise over fewer nights. Eastern UP and Buddhist circuits require longer transfer stages. Choose the available nights before adding destinations.
Use approved passenger seating and suitcase storage together. Request current photos and confirm the offered interior, seating, boarding access and listed facilities for your travel dates.
Only if explicitly itemised. Transport-only hire does not automatically include accommodation, meals, monument tickets, temple services, boats or guiding.
Send the final hotel, station or airport and your timing. Confirm waiting and any vehicle return or positioning charge in the complete quotation.
Not always. Pedestrian lanes, restricted temple areas and narrow hotel approaches can require walking or a separately arranged local transfer from an agreed roadhead.
Yes. State your interests, mobility needs, nights and arrival details. Allow separate travel days for distant cities and remove stops rather than overloading each day.
No. It prepares an enquiry draft. Vehicle availability, price and booking terms must be confirmed by Udan Travel Ind Services before the booking is finalised.
Share your complete route with the Delhi booking team and request current vehicle photos by email or WhatsApp before finalising.
