Treat ghat visits as visits, not vehicle access

If a relative needs assistance, discuss the actual requirement before confirming; a standard car is not an adapted mobility vehicle.

Protect the final connection with a clear return plan
State the final Delhi hotel or airport drop and the flight departure date. A quote ending in Rishikesh is different from a round trip ending at Delhi airport. Review road charges, driver duty, parking, taxes, payment stages and change terms together. The team can plan the requested movement, but exact road arrival times should not be treated as guaranteed.
