Travel time: Allow around 8–10 hours from Delhi with breaks. A Kufri trip needs additional time for traffic, parking and activity access.

Sightseeing Without Rushing
The Ridge
A relaxed heritage walk around the town’s open spaces and Christ Church surroundings, with café time and a clear pickup plan.
Mall Road
Enjoy shopping and dining at your own pace. Ask about evening access and the walk back to your hotel.
Kufri
Plan one outing after a road check. The road arrival does not include paid rides or guaranteed access to every viewpoint.
Mashobra alternative
A quieter excursion that can replace Kufri if you prefer forest scenery and fewer activities.
Where to Stay
Choose Mall-area access if you enjoy walking, checking the luggage porter requirement from parking. Lower-town hotels may be easier for vehicle arrival. Outskirts such as Mashobra can be quieter but add daily transfers. Confirm heating and a quiet room before paying for an upgraded category.
Before booking, request the property name, room category, photographs, meal plan and cancellation terms. Confirm whether the room has the view, heating and access you need. Early check-in and late checkout depend on the property and may cost extra.
Season & Local Advice
