Name the religious coordinator and the road coordinator
A group leader may manage monastery appointments while a tour organiser handles transport and hotels. Make clear who can approve a route change and who communicates daily assembly times. Share confirmed visitor arrangements with the driver through one operating contact. This helps avoid shortening an important visit because the road schedule was based on assumptions that the religious coordinator had not accepted.
